Juan picked up this mint 1999 Harley-Davidson FXR3 CVO in the popular Candy Emerald Green Flame colorway about a week before our trip out to the 85th Annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. With a few quick upgrades he set out to ride that thing 1700+ Miles across the western United States. Now back from the trip, we get with Juan to go into detail on his ride and find out why he chose this bike and why he chose to upgrade only a few items from the bikes original design.
