11-Time Baja 1000 Champion and Top 10 Dakar Rally finisher, Johnny Campbell came to SoCal’s toughest motocross track – Glen Helen – looking for a race. What he showed up with… well it’s not your typical track bike. The Honda CRF1000L Africa Twin weighs twice as much as a motocross bike and has three inches less suspension travel. With huge whoops, deeply-rutted turns and triple jumps, it would be a challenge for anyone just to get this big adventure bike around the course.
