The night before I left for a 3 day motorcycle trip, this happened to me. It could not have happened at a more inconvenient time. So when I got back from my trip I went to the dealership and BMW had them ship it back to them for analysis and they gave me a new one. This video is me unboxing the second one and explaining what happened.
