Here’s everything you need to know on updating a motorcycle dash unit with new firmware. Make sure you are fully connected to a real battery, don’t try and use USB power or a battery pack. If your wifi won’t connect to the unit, make sure the wifi name and password doesn’t include any special characters. If out of range, use your phone hotspot.
