Gerade bin ich alleine auf einem der härtesten Wanderwege Neuseelands unterwegs. Nach einer stundenlangen Wanderung schlage ich mein Zelt mitten in den Bergen auf. Doch wenig später bricht plötzlich der Gletscher ab. Menschen werden mitgerissen, ein Rettungshubschrauber steigt auf – und mir wird klar, wie gefährlich diese Landschaft wirklich ist.
