These Panheads are turning out to be a lot more work than we had anticipated. As one problem lead to another and parts started flying off Lance’s 1956 FLH, eventually we basically had the whole bike taken apart. Whoever worked on this bike in the past skipped did some things we ween’t too stoked on. So after a fresh top end rebuild, new seals for the transmission, fresh tires, and some wiring play, the goal was to get his bike out of the road and riding strong! Things were looking up… well, until they weren’t… Tune in to see the extent we had to go to get this Panhead riding again and what ends up happening in the end!
