Starting with a completely stock 2025 Road Glide 117, this is the perfect beginner Stage 1 build for anyone who just bought their first big Harley and wants real results without spending a fortune.
In Part 1 we bolt on the Khrome Werks 2-into-1 Outlaw exhaust in Eclipse finish – deep, aggressive tone, perfect fit, zero drone on the highway.
Next (Part 2) we’ll install the Fueling BA high-flow air cleaner.
Ergonomics get a big upgrade with Krauss 10” kickback risers and a mid-bend bar (2.75” pullback).
Lighting goes next-level with the A10 Moto headlight kit loaded with Baja Designs LP6s (amber + clear) and S1 turn signals – insane visibility (off-road use only).
We finish with a Power Vision tune: rev limiter raised to 6,000 RPM, speed limiter deleted, and the bike wakes up instantly.
