The boys from Laidlaw’s Harley-Davidson set off for another 3 day ride – this time into the Sierra. They get out of Los Angeles and head north up the highway 395. The first night is spent in Lone Pine with a little entertainment at Jakes Saloon. The next day is spent blazin’ up the 395 to the motorcycle-hot-spot of Monitor Pass. Then the highlight of the trip is highway 4, Ebbett’s Pass over the Sierra Nevada mountain range. A U-turn is made onto the Sonora Pass where the guys stay the night in Pinecrest but a detour needs to be made because of a closure on 395. The guys have no choice but to back track and use Tioga pass the next day to get back to the 395.
