Crossing rivers is a funny thing. It’s a very human thing to go as fast as possible through the things we can’t see. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve seen people got infinitely too fast into water and crash or make it through by the will of the gods.

There is a better way.

Rivers are surprisingly complex, dangerous and it’s worth learning to understand them a little better. In this video we only scratch the surface of them (pardon the pun), but in my experience around the world, these tips have helped keep me from a ton of mistakes and bad situations.
