Harley Sportster: Almost Ready For A First Ride!

💭 With most of the front of Sportster complete (besides the handle bar control covers.. and throttle cables.. and speedometer.. yeah..), I moved to the rear end to get the fender on.
Remember, the rear tire is recommended to be removed. The clearance back there is crazy tight so it made sense to just remove it. That allowed me to mount the signals, fender and suspension strut. Then, I’d permanently mount the tire, strut, set the belt tension and add the recently painted sissy bar. Cleaned the rear end up a lot.
To finish off, I’d install some Ebay special foot controls and bleed the brakes. I think it’s time for a test ride.. after I get my recent order from Harley with the right parts.
