We set out to transform a Transalp because I thought it had potential. Really, buried deep, but exceptional potential, to be the bike Honda should be build for the ADV market. More than the current Africa Twin. We reached the point that we now need to go and test the bike and there really seemed to be one great option for it to find its feet; The Iron Horse. The peak of RD04 Africa Twin tech in the hands of the captain of the Africa Twin fan club’s boat, Adam Riemann. Tough trails, good times and some ponderous thoughts followed.
