After months of waiting since the press launch, I’m finally taking the 2025 Yamaha R9 for a proper ride on public roads to see how it really performs outside the track. This lightweight, triple-powered sport bike promises an aggressive feel with real-world usability, and today I’m putting that to the test through city streets, highway stretches, and a 40–80 pull. Along the way, I’ll break down its handling, comfort, braking performance, and tech, then wrap it all up with a Chase Score to see if it truly delivers as a street-focused sport machine.
